My life hasn’t always been as wonderful as it is now and so I understand not only what it’s like to feel the grip of internal chaos, but also what steps to take to live a more meaningful, happy, and fulfilling life. I have experienced childhood trauma, homelessness, divorce, and depression. Hypnotherapy changed my life many years ago and my healing journey brought me to my greatest joy, becoming a healing guide for others so they can reconnect with their authentic self and live freely and peacefully as the person they always wanted to be.
I am a professionally trained Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Founder of the Maxcebo® Method. A holistic system carefully crafted using elements of psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, and my life’s experience both personally and professionally. I work for the NHS as a Health & Wellbeing Coach and am also trained in NLP, Life Coaching, EMDR, Massage and Mindfulness. I love helping people to discover who they are authentically, and how best to achieve the life they can truly value and enjoy living. As a qualified massage therapist, I founded a holistic mind/body treatment called, Maxcebo® Hypno-Massage, and I am proud to be the first and only therapist to offer this holistic treatment in the UK!
Maxcebo® Hypno-Massage is a combination of relaxation massage, mindfulness, and hypnosis to include the mind and body collectively, to induce deeper healing, deeper self-love and the releasing of stress and anxiety that is often held within the body.
I am also a holistic well-being course author, and my accredited Level 3 & 4 courses are on the OFQUAL Register. I also run workshops and groups for Weight Loss, Anxiety & Stress Reduction, Law of Attraction, Menopause Symptoms, Self-Hypnosis, and Holistic Health & Wellbeing. I found it very useful and was useful how they explained everything they taught. Having practical examples that were quick and easy to follow and can be used by anyone was really good. Obviously, if more time was available I would have enjoyed trying to do the meditating but time was against them.

I have now had a number of Hypnotherapy sessions with Rachel that followed some coaching sessions. Rachel has helped me to understand my anxious mind and to be at peace with who I actually am. I have found my sessions with Rachel to be really helpful, informative and relaxing. Rachel has such a friendly, approachable manner. I have found it is very easy to open up to her about my feelings and the difficulties I have been facing.
